I will guide you through each step of the way and provide you with the tools necessary to succeed. As you meet your goals, we will continue to evaluate and adjust our approach to ensure that we are moving in the right direction.

If needed, we can transition into a different type of therapy, ensuring that we are always working towards your healing and growth. Remember, you are not alone in this process, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

The lens in which I see through…

To me, therapy is an opportunity to fulfill the biblical passage of Isaiah 61 by providing comfort and support to those in need. It was never my initial plan to become a therapist, but the impact it has had on my life has been profound.

Through my own experiences and struggles, I am able to dispel the stigma surrounding therapy and serve as an advocate for mental health.

I see myself as a living testament to the transformative power of therapy, having personally benefited from it during times of grief.

I ask myself, "how can I be a blessing?" and rely on the Holy Spirit to guide me in helping others find beauty from their own ashes.
